The Grape Choice is a Wine Store and Wine Bar in Downtown Kirkland. We are a small female owned business with a big personality.

We have been serving the Kirkland Community for 40 years with the largest privately owned wine selection on the eastside. Over the years we have slowly grown into a fun place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, whether indoors or on our large water view patio.

We have a large selection of international and domestic wines, with a large focus on getting you the things you can’t get just anywhere. As far as the bar goes, we have offer wine flights daily, wines by the glass or bottle, choices rotate often, and over 30 canned beers/ciders. We also have lots of NA beverages available!

We are also known for our fun selection of Internationally themed Charcuterie Board. CUSTOM CHARCUTERIE BOARDS AVAILABLE!

Did you know that Desirae also creates custom charcuterie boards to go!!?? Well, if you are hosting a party, giving a gift, need something for an office gathering....click here! 

We DO NOT take reservations.  We love our casual first come first served atmosphere, we have lots of room, and it's a great place to make a friend at one of our community style tables!

If you want more than just a bit of cheese with your wine, we allow outside food (not drinks) to be enjoyed on our patio with purchase from our bar. Kids and well behaved leashed Dogs are welcome on the patio as well!

Our staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and we are often referred to as the “Cheers” of the community.

Indulge in Happy Hour Delights at The Grape Choice!

Join us for an exquisite Happy Hour experience, showcasing a specially curated menu of delectable items that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

We’re thrilled to update our Happy Hour timings to 1-7pm, Monday through Tuesday.

Enjoy $2 off wines by the glass, $2 off $10 or more food items, and $10 off bottles from the bar.

Quench your thirst with a selection of wines available, with our house reds and whites available at $7 for 5 oz and $10 for 8 oz or $5 for 5 oz and $8 for 8 oz during our happy hours. 

To enhance the excitement, our menu and offerings will be changing on a weekly basis, ensuring you always have something new to look forward to. 

And here's the cherry on top: There will be no corkage fee on bottles over $40 purchased in our store. 

TUESDAY'S:

We have Happy Hour all day on Tuesday's. 

Enjoy $2 off wines by the glass, $2 off $10 or more food items, and $10 off bottles from the bar.

WEDNESDAY'S:

Our Wednesday Tastings have been a community event for decades and are in full swing from 5-8pm each week! 

Whether it's a Winemaker, Winery Representative, or local expert. 

We showcase 4-5 wines for $10 to $15 each week and you can purchase those wines for a discount that day.

THURSDAY'S:

Live Music nights on Thursday's are back starting in September. Check our calendar or social media to see who is performing each week. 

FRIDAY'S:

Friday nights are hoppin, as we have live music each week (on the patio when weather permits) from 5-8pm. 

These nights are busy so we suggest coming and grabbing a table early as we do not take reservations!

SATURDAY'S & SUNDAY'S:

We often have fun things lined up for you on these days as well, so be sure to check out our event calendar and social media for more information.

$100 plus tax quarterly. We find you a seasonal selection of a varying amount of bubbles each quarter. Maybe a spring prosecco pack, or a magnum of something special for the holidays! You will always be delighted by the selections we make for you.
